Description

The chalky grey trailing stems of our trailing heart fall in multiple textured stands, dotted with pea-sized leaflets. 

Perfect for hanging displays, elevated planters, or decorating shelves. We find it hard not to love this plant. Our Trailing Hearts comes pre potted in a 10cm x 9cm ceramic pot and the plant measures approximatly 15cm across, with the stems trailing to circa 50cm.
